Trouble Getting Statements?
Can't access your online account?
Use the "Forgot Password" option or call customer service to regain access.
Account was closed or transferred?
Latitude must still provide historical statements. Submit a written request citing your right to access records.
Statements older than 7 years?
Request archived statements in writing. There may be a fee for retrieving older records.
Latitude denying your request?
Contact us immediately. Under Australian Consumer Law, financial institutions must provide statement copies.
